Agreement and Acceptance

By registering on PlayWinBuzz and creating your online cricket ID, you agree to follow these terms. Please read everything carefully. If something is unclear,  contact our support team   before you start betting.

These terms protect both you and us. They explain what you can expect from PlayWinBuzz and what we expect from you.

Eligibility Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use PlayWinBuzz services. Online betting laws vary across Indian states. You are responsible for checking if betting is allowed in your location.

By registering, you confirm that: you are above 18 years, you are using your own genuine details, you have legal right to bet in your jurisdiction, and you agree to all PlayWinBuzz terms.

We may ask for ID proof (Aadhaar, PAN, Driving License) to verify your age and identity. This is standard practice to prevent fraud and underage gambling.

Account Registration and Security

Each person can have only one PlayWinBuzz account. Multiple accounts from the same user will be blocked. All accounts tied to that user may lose their balances.

Keep your login credentials private. You are responsible for all activities under your account. If someone else uses your account and places bets, that is your responsibility.

Notice suspicious activity?  Report it immediately   to our customer care. We will freeze your account temporarily to prevent unauthorized access.

Deposits and Payments

Minimum deposit is ₹300. Maximum deposit limits depend on your chosen payment method. All deposits must come from your personal bank account or payment wallet. Third-party deposits are not allowed.

We accept UPI, bank transfers, and select cryptocurrencies. Deposits usually reflect within 2-5 minutes. If delayed beyond 30 minutes,  contact customer support   with your transaction ID.

All deposit bonuses have terms attached. Read bonus conditions before claiming. Some bonuses require minimum betting turnover before withdrawal is allowed.

Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal is ₹500. Maximum withdrawal is ₹1,00,000 per day for verified accounts. Higher limits available for VIP members.

Withdrawals process within 30 minutes to 24 hours depending on verification status and payment method. First withdrawal requires account verification through ID documents.

Your withdrawal bank account must match your registered name. We cannot send money to someone else's account, even if you provide authorization.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or rejected if: your account verification is incomplete, suspicious betting patterns are detected, bonus terms are not fulfilled, or match results are under investigation.

Betting Rules

All bets are final once placed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after confirmation. Double-check your selections and stake amounts before hitting "Place Bet."

Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds you get-even if they change a second later. This applies to both pre-match and live betting.

If a match gets abandoned, canceled, or postponed, betting rules depend on the exchange you are using. Generally, bets are voided and stakes returned. Check specific exchange rules for details.

Prohibited Activities

Do not attempt to manipulate the platform, hack accounts, or exploit technical errors. Do not use VPNs to fake your location. Do not collude with other users to fix bets or abuse bonuses.

Any prohibited activity will result in: immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and winnings, and possible legal action if fraud is detected.

Responsible Gaming

PlayWinBuzz promotes responsible betting. We provide tools to set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits. You can self-exclude your account temporarily or permanently if needed.

Betting should be entertainment, not income. Never bet money you cannot afford to lose. Never borrow money to bet. Take regular breaks.

If you feel your betting is becoming a problem, contact organizations like  Gamblers Anonymous India   for help.

Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with a bet settlement or have any complaint,  contact our customer support   within 48 hours. Provide all relevant details: bet ID, time, match details, and reason for dispute.

We will investigate and respond within 7 working days. Our decision based on exchange rules and match records is final.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. You will be notified through email or app notification. Continued use of PlayWinBuzz after changes means you accept the new terms.
